What do Doulas do?

Doulas create a safe space for birthing people & their loved ones

to discuss individualized thoughts & feelings before, during & after birth.


In this space, I will provide emotional, physical & informational support

for you & your team.


Being informed can allow you to feel a sense of control.


I'll use therapeutic touch and props to relieve pain &

I will be a continuous rock for you.


My goal is for you to feel confident in your body during this life-changing transition.



I will nurture you,

keep you hydrated, well-fed,

and as comfortable as possible

no matter how many

pillows it may take.
